Sydney is the founder and president of Illinois Political Consulting. Her vision, creativity, and innovation is present in her work leading IPC and evident in her other ventures. She is an ice skating instructor, a consultant at Illinois Business Consulting, Treasurer of Illinois Student Government and the financial director of Global Empowerment for Medical Support. Her long term vision is to build a successful global brand while contributing to human rights advocacy and pro-bono initiatives.

Diego is one of the most accomplished and experienced people on campus for his age. He brings valuable business and financial experience to IPC. He has completed internships with EY and PwC. He is the Vice President of Corporate Development for Pi Rho Omega and a member of many different professional development organizations on campus. On top of this he is in the James Scholar Honors Program.

Ryan is very involved on campus as President and founder of Left Wing Students for Change, a photographer for the Daily Illini, and a member of the Illini Dems. Ryan boasts a wealth of political knowledge and leadership experience. He has internship experience working in the Washington DC office of Congresswoman Robin Kelly and completing an internship at the non profit Ground Game Los Angeles in the Summer of 2025. Additionally he has worked on many different political campaigns. He is graduating a year early and is looking forward to being done with school and is excited to get into the world of politics.

On campus he is a writer for the undergraduate law review, treasurer for Phi Alpha Delta, and an advisory council member for UIUC’s pre-law advisory council.

With this passion, he has interned at the Education Justice Project as a policy and research intern. This summer he has interned at the Will County Public Defender as an investigative intern. On campus he is the external vice president of the Asian Pre Law-Association.

Professionally, she interned for State Representative Carol Ammons and participated in the Michael Curry Program as a quality intern.

Professionally, she was a district intern and DC intern in the U.S. House of Representatives, a research assistant, and a legal intern with the Kane County State's Attorney and DuPage County State's Attorney, and she interned at Illinois Policy. On campus she was the creative director for The Daily Illini and she is the President of the Sudden Cardiac Death Awareness Research Foundation.
